3. Manufacturer Listings

Manufacturer listings on GMP Finder are compiled from publicly available government databases including CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation), state-level FDA databases, and industry association records. While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information. Manufacturers may claim and manage their own listings to ensure accuracy by contacting us through the claim process.

4. User Submissions

By submitting any content, data, or information through the Service (including contact forms, RFQ submissions, listing claims, and reviews), you grant GMP Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display such submissions in connection with the operation and improvement of the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GMP Finder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
